Large, Bright, Modern, Furnished, Double Room

A well proportioned double room with plenty of storage (one full wall of slide-robes).There is a large, shared living-room/dining room with a 50 inch flat-screen television and plenty seating. The bathroom would be shared; it is clean and bright with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is available for cooking, washing machine etc and there is broadband. The property is a three-bed detached house with a front and back garden and there is ample on-street parking. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with lovely neighbours. It is located in Bonnybridge which has excellent links to Falkirk, Grangemouth, Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh. I have three cats and a small dog; they are all very friendly and well-behaved. I am an out-going, friendly individual, who gets on well with most people. I am looking for an easy-going, clean and tidy individual, who will be given the freedom of my home.
