Looking for a mature, honest, very clean tidy person who doesn't mind a bit of a mingle from time to time but also enjoys their own private space just as much.
The room on offer is a double with ensuit. The room has been freshly decorated, new floor etc. Its has a large double wardrobe and drawer space. This room comes with a private separate small sittingroom with own fridge freezer and personal food storage.
The kitchen and utility area is communal.
Parking may be available in driveway or parking bay at house.
The garden barbecue area is a communal area.
We are husband and wife social but also enjoy privacy from time to time. We have one current flatmate (male) who has been with us for several months.
We are all mature, honest , repectful of each other clean and tidy.

We have one lodger who took up residence with us 5 years ago in the form of a pussy cat. Please ensure that you don't mind the feline type. Lol. He is the baby of the house. He is very friendly and getting old so he likes his own space too.
No DSS must be in employment to support rent.
