Double room with King Size bed and furnishings available in a quiet part of Cambusbarron. The room is in a 3 bedroom house, which currently only has the landlord living in it.

The house backs onto open fields, and is very near the Gillies Hill Woods. There is a large decked area and garden out the back, with off street parking out the front.

There is a well equipped kitchen, which includes a large range gas cooker and dishwasher. The downstairs lounge is very comfortable, and the bathroom is also located downstairs. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, one equipped more as a study/utility room.

I usually work hard throughout the week, and am often out in the evenings, or home late from work and the gym. I tend to spend a lot of the weekend in the outdoors, so am often away.

I think I am easy going and fairly relaxed about things. The house is pretty tidy, mostly because I am not in it much. There is the odd bike or three lying about though!
