Large Furnished Double Room

The reason for the low rent is that we are currently updating and decorating our home, and would be using your rent money to help us pay for this :-).

The flat is ground floor, and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Your room would have a double bed, desk and chair (if you're a student), set of drawers and robe wardrobe.

The only communal area of the house at present is the kitchen, therefore, your room would also have full subscription (with all premium channels) Sky TV included in the rental price. Electricity and council tax are included in the price. Gas is not, and paid by payment card.

There is private off road parking if required, however, we live on the main bus route if this is your mode of transport.

We won't be living in the property day to day, therefore you will basically have the place to yourself. Days for us decorating/working on the flat would be Tue/Wed/Thu (finishing up before 5pm).
