Lodger Required in a modern double furnished room.

I'm advertising for a lodger to share with me in my 3 bedroom detached house.

The house - Is situated in a private estate with a double drive and garage, plus plenty of parking spaces within the complex. The house is also a 10 minute walk from the main retail park, and 15 mins to the main shopping high street.
The two train stations, falkirk Grahamston is again a 10 min walk and Falkirk high station a 5 minute drive, the high station although slightly further away is really quick for getting to Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The motorway links are really close to for Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Accomodation (outside) - There are gardens to the front and back of the property with table and chairs for chilling in the sun : )

Accomodation (inside/downstairs) - The main living room is modern shared with a 42" plasma and all the sky packages from movies to sport etc.
There is a modern dining room with french doors looking out onto the back garden.
The kitchen has a microwave, fridge freezer, oven, coffee maker and available cooking utensils also a washing machine all the basics.

Upstairs - There is a shared modern bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and shower.

The third room I have made into a chilling room, which has a printer and broadband all for sharing. If you have a laptop your more than welcome to connect up and just chill in your room its up to you : )

Your Room - Has all anybody needs with a double bed, side tables and bedside lamp. Built in storage cupboards with ample hanging and storage space, and extra chest of draws in the chilling room.

The price includes council tax, utilities, broadband, sky TV, Extra if you want a seperate sky multi room box in your own room, which is £10 a month plus the cost of the box. Food would be seperate.

I have two kitties which alittle timid but very friendly once they get to know you.

I am quite a chilled out person who works most days and home in the afternoon.

I would prefer if the person was fairly tidy but not OCD tidy : )
Also considerate and outgoing, plus likes a bit of quite as well.
And just to chip in with the odd chores when needed not to much.
Cooking can be discretionary either help yourself or share the cooking I'm not to fussed.

I don't have wild parties with loud music so the atmosphere is generally laid back, I prefer to go out and socialize when given the chance : )
But I do love my music as well so not fussed if you like to blast it now and again : )
