This is an upstairs double room with a single bed, desk/bookcase, chest of drawers, lockable cupboard etc. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Its at the back of the house so north facing.
St Ninians is a great area with good bus connections to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling town centre.
We are close to shops, library, pubs, Lidl, Post Office, takeaways, cycle path and green space.
Have been letting via other sites for two years and now would like someone who can stay more permanently so I won't have to change the sheets.
