Hey, My friend and I are looking for a flatmate to move in with us in our two bedroom flat in Stirling. The flat consists of a large livingroom, kitchen, bathroom, a balcony and 2 bedrooms, with gorgeus view over the city and the mountains. The property is in St Ninians, about 5 minutes walk from Lidl, which makes shopping quite easy. The city centre is about 20 minutes walk (5-10 by bike) and there is also a bus stop at the end of out street. The rent is £133/month/person (alltogehter we would be paying £400). The spare room is available from 1st February :))
