I have a double room to rent in a 3 bed semi-detached. There is plenty of parking and no permint required, we have a front and back garden so pleny of room for BBQs if it ever stops raining! Just looking for someone who is tidy and easy going, I am willing to be flexible with the rental periods. However you will need to be comfortable with a well behaved dog in the house....his name is Cal!
