Room comes with own bathroom (including a separate shower cabin and bath tub!)
+ large, fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine),
a spacious living room with big sofas and dinning room.
Perfect just for you or even for a couple!
350£ - including Internet
+ very low energy consumption! (we pay around 20 pounds a month on gas+electricity altogether!)
and NO deposite is required
Please note that at this time we are looking for non-smoking students only.
I am currently renting this room, but I want to leave Scotland altogether in December so I want to pass it on to someone.
(you can move in in December/January, or even later)
I have spent 4 years in Scotland now, living in various places but this one is the best I had so far so I really think it is a steal!
