We have a lovely room to rent in a shared house on Marham Park in Bury st Edmunds. The room is warm and bright and has just been redecorated. The bed and mattress are brand new. There is a huge wardrobe for all your things. There is a lock on the bedroom door. The bathroom is shared with one other person. The kitchen and living areas are modern, sociable and open plan.

Marham Park is a new build estate perfectly situated for the A14 and A11. You will be able to use the Marham Park Flyer which is an on demand bus service that will take you to any location in Bury st Edmunds.

Your housemates will be Chloe the owner (age 49) and Katie (age 22). We are both professional women working full time. Life at our house is busy, friendly, fun, relaxed, respectful and pretty tidy. We are looking for a professional woman to join us. We are not looking for any dramas and are pretty chilled however we do expect each other to respect the shared space and clear up after themselves.

The room rent is £600 per calendar month and includes all bills and internet. The room is a double but for single occupancy only please. No couples.

A £400 deposit is required to secure the room and will be returned if nothing is damaged or missing when you leave. We prefer a six month tenancy at first but happy to extend after this time if both sides agree.
