Single Room - 10 mins walk from hospital

Owner/occupier seeking new lodger to move in on 3rd November 2014. Single room (space for a double bed if you wish) available in terraced house near Bury St Edmunds town centre. Easy (5 min) walking distance to town or the hospital. The room is partially furnished - it has a single bed and a large open shelving unit.

The rent is £100 per week, all bills included, the deposit is £350. There's Unlimited broadband, a washing machine, fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, a big whirlpool fridge freezer and the central heating is gas powered, so hot water is always available! I have a small, walled back garden too, with a shed. Residents Parking is on the road opposite the house, there's usually enough spaces available - permit required.

I'm looking for a housemate who is similar to me and happy in their own company. I work full time, 9 - 5: 30 Monday to Friday so I am looking for a lodger who works completely different hours - preferably night work (ideal for night shift workers at West Suffolk) so we won't be fighting over the same space. I'm quite a tidy person so I'm looking for someone who also shares these values.

As a housemate I'm rather independent. I keep busy with various hobbies including horse riding which takes up quite a bit of time, and often means I go to my horses early on some weekdays.

My boyfriend is in the army and has time off about once a fortnight - he usually stays with me when he is home.
