Hi there, I have a double room to rent in a recently fully renovated terraced house very close to the town center. Parking is permit parking with 15 space carpark and ample roadside spaces.

The house is still going through the final stages of decoration and has been completely gutted and re-done from the cellar up.

The bedroom is a small double with its own en-suite consisting of a shower, basin and toilet. The bedroom has a double bed, mattress and double wardrobe. A single bed can be installed if preferred.

As the tenant you would be welcome to use the full extent of the living areas including the living room with 52" TV, full sky package, Netflix and blu-ray surround sound system. The kitchen is completely brand new and is yet to be cooked in. On the ground floor there is also a rear utility area and toilet.

There is also a cellar, which as yet is unused. I plan to turn this into a home gym as and when time allows.

Initially looking for a 6 month contract and to then evaluate the situation at the end of the term.
