This is a lovely room and is situated on the top floor (entire 2nd floor to yourself), with en-suite shower room and own lounge (which has it's own TV, DVD and freeview channel). Wireless connection available if you have your own laptop. Couples will be considered for this room, however the rate is £210 pw). Also included with this room is parking space for 1 car in drive.

Room 2 (£85 pw)- occupied at present
A bright and sunny room with TV, DVD, Sky & broadband. Has built-in cupboards and king-size bed. Share a bath / shower room with 1 flatmate. This room rate there is off street parking.

Very quiet area in a close and well placed if travelling to Norwich, Lowestoft or Ipswich (or any place inbetween).
