Large Single Room

We have a large single room available for rent. Shared use of new bathroom, kitchen and dining/study room. Fibre broadband and garden, TV connection in room. Good access to public transport (bus and train) and shops within easy walking distance. We have two cats who are very friendly and a dog so would suit an animal lover, preferably experienced with dogs. Have listed as with parking but this would be street layby parking which is just across the road. Bills are included in the price. We are a quiet and respectful bunch, looking for someone of a similar type. Non smoking house. Female preferred.
Room availability date is approximate as awaiting exact date from current housemate. But expected early July
