This is the room to rent - it faces over the garden, is extremely quiet and gets the morning sun.

Seeking a respectful, lgbtqi + friendly (female ./ trans / non binary) person to share my home with for the next few months.

The flat has a balcony with sea views. Kitchen with table, bathroom with bath and shower and separate loo. Additional dining space in the main living area. The flat is on the 1st & second floors (with quite a few stairs.)

I’m a queer female artist and lecturer who teaches in London, where, during the university term time, I spend most of my time. I come back for long weekends - sometimes with a friend or two - and during the uni holidays. I have a dog called Nick, who is an epic life improver.

The flat has three bedrooms in all. It is very bright and spacious.

Seeking a quiet, grownup, respectful person who seeks a tranquil place to live. It’s also a very incredible place to write, think and study. (I know, because I'm also trying to finish up my PhD..)

Bills included, unless usage way exceeds my current level.

Room has a small (but very comfy) double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and ample shelf space.
