Professional person to rent a Double room within my modernised house on a quite no through road. Room will be available on the 16/12/2012 All bills are included within the monthly rental. Bills paid include council tax, Sky TV, wireless broadband, electricity, water, gas and TV licence. The only bill not included within the monthly rental is outgoing phone calls. The house has large modern kitchen breakfast room with a dishwasher a seperate living room and large garden and benefits from a large drive for 3 cars with no parking restrictions on the road.
The property is situated 15 minute walk of the uni and waterfront. If you do not own a car, there is regular bus serveice minutes walk from the house and takes approximately 10 minutes into Ipswich
