For £375 you get a fully furnished medium room, for £425 you get a larger room fully furnished and for £440 you get an enormous room with a sofa in it. All the bills are included with all the rooms, Rent, Council tax, Water, Gas, Electric, Broadband, weekly communal cleaner. This means one monthly outlay with no hidden charges.
This house is near the station and just a 15 minute walk into the town! There are a lot of facilities at the house. Each floor has its own shared bathroom, and there are four kitchens! Ipswich's history is all around you, from its town centre medieval churches to fine buildings such as the Ancient House, Christchurch Mansion, the Isaac Lord merchant's house on the Waterfront and the timber-framed Unitarian Meeting House. Ipswich boasts the most significant collection of works by Constable and Gainsborough outside London.
