The double room available is on the ground floor of a house on Woodbridge Road.

You will be sharing the house with two other people who have double rooms on the first floor.

Communal areas - a large kitchen and garden.

The rent is £85 per week excluding bills. Couples are welcome to apply but the rent will be £10 higher (£95) due to increased maintenance costs.
