Large Double room in Kedington

Double room available in a 3-bed house in the village of Kedington, near Haverhill. Looking for a clean and tidy professional who keeps themselves to themselves. Currently there is one other tenant and myself. Short or long-term let considered.

The village is approx 2 miles from Haverhill, 45 minutes from Cambridge, and 30 minutes from Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds. The house is very close to a bus stop, Chinese takeaway and the village stores.

Rent includes all bills, use of washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, bathroom with bath and shower. There is no shared living room but the kitchen is large with a dining table.

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, desk, chair and a TV point.
We also have wireless broadband.

I have a tortoise and tropical fish.
