Property is a semi detatched, three storey Town house in North Lowestoft(Parkhill). Within easy access to Main A12. Bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants.

Double room with wardrobe and chest of drawers, double bed, larged fixed mirror. Own bathroom with bath, shower w. c. and wash basin. Tenant would need to supply own bedlinen and towels. Use of study with internet.

No parking restrictions at back of house. All utilities included with exception of phone. Shared use of large kitchen, washing machine, oven microwave etc., if required.

I do smoke, but not inside the house and would have no objection to a likeminded individual who would respect my approach.

I am looking for a professional individual, who is clean and tidy and would respect my home and who requires clean, comfortable accommodation during the week to minimise daily commuting.

Property can be available for occasional weekend stay, but this would be subject to agreement and additional costs would be incurred.
