Double Room in Shared House for Rent in Newmarket

Double room available in shared house, 1 mile (15 minute walk) from the town centre of Newmarket, approximately 11 miles from Cambridge. The room is £85 per week inclusive of all bills except the landline phone. Use of broadband, Sky TV and washing machine. Shared living room, separate but shared toilet and bathroom (between 3 people). There is parking available in the road right opposite the house.

Looking for someone friendly to move into the now spare double room. The new housemate MUST be a non-smoker and I'm not willing for a couple to share the room, although a boyfriend or girlfriend is more than welcome to stay a couple of nights a week.

I require a deposit of £100 and rent is paid in advance weekly or monthly as suits the housemate.
