Kitchen, bathroom and small garden, there is a small green to the front and a big green to the side, and lots of parking nearby too.

It is 5mins by car to the centre of Newmarket, A14/A11 for Bury St Edmunds (25mins) and to Cambridge (40mins), there is a local bus link to Cambridge and Newmarket which has a bus and train station too.

The rent is £450 including all reasonable bills.

1 month's rent + £150 damage/theft deposit is payable in advance (fully refundable if NO problems).
