I have a room available at the start of June in Newmarket.
I have a 3 bedroom house, which is very clean, tidy and well presented.
The room available is fully furnished with a kingsize bed, plenty of storage and a television.
Rent is inclusive of all bills, wifi etc (I also have a cleaner). There is plenty of parking outside of the house.
I am very easy going. I have a dog, but she is only little and she is as good as gold. I do have a partner who stays the odd week night, but we tend to spend the weekends at his.
I am 24 years old and I am a bank manager working in Bury St Edmunds Monday-Friday 9-5.
