Double rooms for rent in Rendlesham

I have two double rooms available for rent in Rendlesham. I am looking for females only as there is currently one female living there and would feel uncomfortable living with a male.

Currently electricity, water and fibre Internet bills are included. Council tax is not, property is band A.

The house includes a large new kitchen with table, large open plan living/dining room, downstairs toilet and upstairs bath/shower/toilet room. There are also many built in storage cupboards.

The kitchen has recently been replaced so there is plenty of cupboard space.

The 2 bedrooms available are both double, bedroom 1 is the largest in the house, it has a large double built in wardrobe; a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet provided although you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Bedroom 2 has a single built in wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet although again you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

The house has a garden to the front and back. There is also a shed type dry storage area if you have a bicycle or gardening equipment etc.

The house is on a quiet cul de sac over looking the green. There is a drive so off road parking is available.
A regular bus service is in operation to and from Rendlesham. There are several shops and businesses in Rendlesham including a take away, corner shop, cafe/bar, hair dressers and vets. Woodbridge, Martlesham, Ipswich, Sizewell and Wickham Market are all close by. Regular trains run from both Wickham Market (Campsea Ashe) and Woodbrige.
