Broadband always available and BT Vision TV in shared lounge/diner. Usual kitchen appliances, including washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Sunny, enclosed, rear garden with seating area.

Local amenities within walking distance include country pub, Leisure Centre, post office/grocery store, takeaways and rural footpaths, as we are on the edge of town. Very close to A14; frequent local bus route to town centre and Ipswich, with bus stop minutes away. Excellent train service from town centre to London, Norwich, Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich etc.

Existing occupants both work full time, respect each others' privacy and are quiet, friendly and relaxed. We are looking for another female of similar personality who would be most welcome to socialise within the household, or remain private, depending on their preference from day to day.
