Double Room, Haverhill/Sturmer Bills incl. Mon-Fri

I am looking to rent out a double room in my 4 bedroom house in Sturmer/Haverhill.

I would prefer Mon-Fri offers for this room please

The room has a double bed and matress (Almost new), drawers, bedside drawers, built in cupboard, carpet, blinds, curtains and lamp. The bed shown in the picture as well as the headboard have since been replaced for new ones and the large TV shown in the picture is no longer there however I do have a TV/DVD/Video combination available if wanted.
This room looks over the garden.

I am looking for someone quiet who is also tidy and cleans up after themselves (eg dishes, toilet etc) Absolutely no smokers. There is a toilet/wc down stairs, main bathroom/toilet/shower/bath up stairs.

The rent includes all bills and broadband internet. There is off-road parking and ample roadside parking too.

There will be myself and one other lodger living in the house and I do not rent out the fourth room so only two or three people at any time.

I will only consider professional people who speak English, work Regular daytime hours and who are happy to respect the others living in the house.
