Single/Double Bed/Sit, Shared Bathroom & Kitchen

A good sized single or double room [currently with a single bed, will fit a double bed if required] Single occupancy only please, in a large flat with shared use of the Bathroom & kitchen. Utilities and council tax included.

The room comprises a south facing sunny window and radiator with temp control. New Single bed with new double size Egyptian cotton hollow fiber duvet and pillows and Egyptian cotton duvet cover and pillow slips, standard fitted sheet. Bed side table. There will be at least one chest of drawers. There is a glass top dining table and chairs and a Sofa (with brand new -firm- seat and back cushion padding) in the room and a glass "TV stand" currently used as a coffee table.
There is a TV aerial socket so long as proof that you are paying the TV license is given a TV may be used.
There is Wifi in the flat that can be used either wireless or with a cable.

The flat has a very long hallway which will be shared with me and my old cat.

Access is via the front door which you will have mostly private access too unless i have visitors arrive to that door. The front door is under a covered area so remains nice and dry.

Rent is including Gas/elec, Water, council tax and Wifi.
Any TV license or TV services will need to be paid by the lodger. You will need a mobile phone as i cannot share the landline or add a second, mobile signal is good but there is limited 3G in the area (3G best with EE).

Travel connections: The number 32 Arriva bus runs from 6am until 8ish towards Guildford every hour mon to fri and every two hours on Sunday (buses etc.). Buses from Guildford back to Albury stop at 6pm.
Chilworth train station is about a mile from the village (15-20 min walk depending how fast you are) can be cycled too. Trains run every two hours i believe, some every hour.

A rental agreement will be drawn up and signed to make sure we are all covered.
