To let on a Monday-Friday basis from January 2019 - cosy double room with TV and wi-fi in a clean, well appointed, character cottage. To share with two friendly and easy going professionals. The room can be viewed evenings/weekends. The house is adjacent to several hundred acres of national trust woodland and a park, and is a 3 minute walk to Ashtead station, which services Waterloo, Victoria and London Bridge. Ashtead is a 5 minute drive to junction 9 of the M25. Location extremely pleasant in friendly village environment. This is a Monday to Friday let, but the room will not be used at weekends therefore all belongings can be left safely over the weekend.

There is a spacious kitchen and dining room (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave) and a private garden.
The room is fully furnished (Broadband, TV, comfortable bed, bedside table and wardrobe, shelves, desk and chair. The rest of the house is fully furnished and in good decorative order.
The household currently consists of me (live in landlady) and another professional guy staying as a Mon-Fri lodger. It’s a friendly but independent household. There are three bedrooms, downstairs WC and upstairs shared bathroom with shower.
Fresh bed linen/towels provided.
1 months deposit, and reference required.
