Very small cozy room

Two bed house, I have a small spare room the accommodation has a dining room, kitchen, lounge and small garden there is off street parking. It is a very quiet street so if you are looking for something fast paced you will be disappointed :) situated halfway between Hackbridge train station and mitcham junction train station and tram stop, so Balham, Wimbledon, Croydon, Victoria & the city are reachable via public transport. There is a bus every 15 mins to Carshalton, Sutton, Wallington, Purley and Mitcham. Area is safe even to walk from station at night. Neighbours are very neighbourly, I am looking for someone quiet.
