It has double bed, double wardrobe, plenty of drawer space and shelving.
Tea & coffee making facilities, larder fridge, toaster, microwave all in the room.
Use of bathroom & shower , kitchen -washing machine & tumble dryer.

Ours is a busy house with working adults two of which do some night shifts and they will need consideration of their sleep pattern during the day (till 2pm) after a night shift

We have dogs and cats and your pet is welcome but is you own responsibility.
The room has Virgin broadband via wi-if code.
Full sky TV with all sport and movie channels on a 32". Wall mounted Samsung LCD tv.
Rent is inclusive of all bills with the exception of our landline.
Nice quiet cul-de-sac, street parking only..
Rent £450 per month
