Hi, my name is Steve, I have a large double room in Brookwood to rent & have a share of living areas, garden.
Brookwood is 6 miles from Guildford and 4 miles from Woking town centre and both are accessible from Brookwood train station, as well as London Waterloo in 35 minutes.
The room has a queen size bed with storage, tv, large fitted wardrobes.
Share of luxury bathroom with shower only, living area has sky tv.
Broadband, washing machine available.
I'm looking for a suitable flat mate who is tidy, considerate and professional.
I'm away on shifts for 2 out of 8 nights so trustworthy with references is essential.
I have no preferences between male & female but the maisonette will only be occupied by the 2 of us.
The room is available on the last week of August as I currently have a lodger staying until then.
