Hello
We have a double room for rent in a shared 4 bed house with driveway parking large back garden spacious living room and 2 bathrooms.
We currently have 3 males living in the house ranging from ages 25 to 56 and are looking for someone to fit in with our quiet house hold.
We currently rent the house via MartinCo and the new house mate will need to go through there reference checks.
(The room looks small in the pictures because of the layout but bigger than it looks!)
The deposit is £425 + £445 first months rent. Unsure if MartinCo charge a reference fee anymore but I can find out.
The room will be available from the 22nd of April.
