- 2 huge double rooms both with en-suite

Fibre broadband, council tax, gas and electricity bills included.
There is a professional cleaner that comes in every two weeks to clean the communal areas.

Lots of parking available with 2 Private Parking in the back.
Additional £10 per month for cleaning.
