It's a double bedroom furnished with double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside table

Local Amenities include:
- 5 mins drive from Camberley town centre & Train Station
-Bus stop within 50 yards of house.
-Local shops just a couple of mins down the road.
-Local Pub just down the road (it's not great but serves beer and that's all that matters for a local)
About me: I'm a 31 year old male, who is a working professional for a global IT company. I'm sociable, friendly and flexible and like to Rock Climb, Mountain Bike and Run, as well as heading out with friends. I am a smoker but not only outside as it is a non-smoking house.
