I am looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy, professional flat mate with a good sense of humour to share my lovely flat. The available room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside unit, chest of drawers, mirror and a large built in wardrobe, and there is also a TV point. This 1st floor flat is bright and spacious, with an open plan living/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine/tumble drier, microwave, fan assisted oven and fridge-freezer.

The flat is located just a 5 min drive to Camberley town centre, and a little further up the road is the Meadows shopping centre with a massive Tesco, M&S and Next. Just a 5 min walk up the road is a Co-op, perfect size for all the essentials and emergency chocolate! Off street parking is available, and if you are a non-driver there is a bus stop just a 2 min walk away with buses running regularly, secure cycle racks are also available on site.

All bills are included with the rent, including SKY TV and broadband. I will require an upfront deposit of £580.

It is important that my lodger is someone I can get on well with and I would like them to feel as if this is their home as well as mine. Like most people I do value my own space so my ideal my future flat mate will spend some evenings and weekends out and about. Sorry no smokers.
