Hi friendly person has a Double room with a single bed in it happy for whom ever to place a double bed. The room itself has large built in wardrobe bright with nice large window. Very clean with 2 Chester drawers all pine. TV and Internet access The 2 bed flat has large front room very light and comfortable. New fitted kitchen and bathroom. Parking available in private
communal parking area. The flat has a beautiful grass area which is stunning for a sunny afternoon.

It is a lovely flat situated 2 mins walk to local shops ie Morrisions, super drug, costa coffee and take away meals, banks, pubs and other local shops. The flat is 4 mins walk to caterham valley train station where you have direct access to Purley, London Victoria, East Croydon and London Bridge.

Local busses are 400, 404, 409, 466, 407, 540, 603, 657 going to all surrounding areas of caterham.

I'm looking for a fun friendly tidy student or professional pref female. I' work all over the weekends in London and for myself in the week so pretty busy at home in the evenings and enjoying cooking some yummy grub, with the latest catch ups on TV.
