Living room

Good size double room to rent in newly renovated two bed apartment. The room has a spacious built in closet with shelves and hanging space. It is a bright and airy room which never gets too hot or too cold.

The flat has new: kitchen, flooring, carpets, beds, radiators, tv, sofa, paint, appliances , the lot! The only thing left to do is the bathroom which has a bath/shower and is in good condition.

Good transport links with the 24hr 93 bus only three mins walk away ( which takes you to Morden tube in 20 mins) and West Sutton station is a 10-15 min walk away. There are shops and supermarkets nearby.

The apartment is on a private road with only 48 private properties in total in the whole development. The apartment is one of 4 in a block of two up , two down. Mine is on the first floor. There is parking available. Very quiet and safe area.

There is high speed wifi and Virgin tv. Smart tv also has Netflix. My only regret is I didn't get sky sports but there are lots of pubs nearby to watch games.

About us...

We are a couple who work Monday-Friday. We leave early in the morning and are back late. I am 28 years old and from Ireland and my girlfriend is 26 and from London.

We usually cook in the evenings when we get home. We like to keep fit (gym, running, swimming, football), watch tv/films, watch sport (especially rugby) socialise at the weekend etc. Note- we are not a PDA couple at all so you won't feel like a gooseberry! We are relaxed, fun and easy to get on with.

We are looking for a male or female who wants somewhere nice to live and has moved on from the 'large messy house share' which we have all done. Ideally we would like a professional who is sociable but can respect other people's space too. A person who is conscientious, tidy, responsible and shows respect for other people. I would expect the person to pull their weight with house chores.
If you are the sort of person who likes to keep to themselves and have your own circle of friends that's fine too.

We don't want:
- people who play loud music
- can't clean up after themselves
- some one whose partner will be over 7 nights a week
- a person who goes out regularly during the week
-a liability who is likely to burn down the place or invite robbers back to a house party
