My name is Kerry, I'm 31 and live with my boyfriend Scott, who's 34 and our daughter who is 1. We own our property in Lyne village (next to Chertsey)
We have a lovely large double room, fully furnished, (including a king size bed) with pretty much your own bathroom. There is broadband and off street parking in large driveway.
The property also has a garage and large garden that backs onto forest.
We require someone that would loves animals as we have 2 very friendly dogs and three super friendly cats in the house. We also have chickens outside.
We would require one months rent for deposit and monthly rent up front, all bills are included and there is an option for sky multi room for an extra £10 a month.
