Small Double to rent

Hi,

We have a part furnished room (cosy double) to rent in a very nice flat. Transportation links are very close, bus to Kingston is literally outside the flat and Chessington South train station is also favorably located within a 10 minute walk, or 3 minute bus/car journey. Junction 9 on the M25 is about a 7 minute drive away, everywhere is reachable!

We are looking for a like minded, mature, easy going and (must be) sociable individual to come and share our great flat. The room itself is part-furnished, however this problem can be quickly resolved. When we first moved into the flat it was completely unfurnished! However, you will get two pairs of helping hands to help sort it out! A great place to relax in with a lovely living room and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom includes both bath and shower, finished to a high standard.

We are hard working professionals, often out and about with our jobs. Vast amounts of privacy and fun to be had in our place. It would require someone who appreciates cleanliness and a laugh.
