My flat is clean and I am a quiet, well mannered, friendly guy. The bathroom, kithchen and toilet are all close to the room and there is WiFi available.
On street parking is available and there is an excellent bus service to Surbiton and Kingston and a twice hourly train service to London Waterloo which passes through Wimbledon and Clapham.
I do own a Cat and it is as much her home as it is mine so who ever wishes to stay needs to be happy with the fact there is a feline about!
