Hello, I have a beautiful very large double room in a house in the Croydon University Hospital area, available for a female, male ( gays gay-friendly home). 

THE ROOM:

The room is large and fully furnished with a comfortable double mattress/bed, a bedside table, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a little fridge, ( tenant choice) a sofa and a TV. The floor is laminated, and the room has big windows which have blackout blinds on them, as well as thinner curtains. You will have a toilet which is practically your own ( - it will only be utilised by you, ) as the house has other bathrooms.

THE HOUSE:

The house is modern, clean, and spacious. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, includes a washing machine, a lovely private garden, and a big and fully-equipped kitchen.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the room (or anywhere inside the house).

It's a very peaceful environment house.

THE AREA:

The house is located in an area in the borough of Croydon. It is a 15-minute walk from West Croydon train station, which has frequent trains with connection to London Bridge and London Victoria, Reigate, East Croydon, as well as Overground trains to Shoreditch, Dalston, Canada Water, Norwood junction etc.  Nine minutes walking to Croydon University Hospital, and 9 minutes walking to Ampere Way tram stop. There are bus stops 30 seconds-2 minutes from the house, with excellent transport links to East/West Croydon, Crystal Palace, Brixton,  Sydenham, Totting station,  Mitcham, St George's hospital, Purley train station,  Waddon station, Addiscombe tram stop, Elmers End, Purley Hospital,  Whitgift centre,  etc.

There are small shops just outside the house, off licences, takeaways food,  five minutes walking away from and big shopping area with a big Sainsbury's, Aldi, Lidl, M&S, Ikea, Vue Cinema, TK Max and many other shops, is five or 10 minutes walking.  

- Rent is £ 890 per month, (for ONE person) with ALL bills included, Gas Electricity, council tax, water (Fiber optic super fast  wifi, too!)
