Single room to rent in Beddington/Croydon

We have our lovely single room available to rent. We live in a quiet part of Croydon on a residential street.

Waddon station is 4/5minutes walk away which takes you to Victoria (40mins), London Bridge (20mins) and Epsom (20mins).

We are a couple who are both professionals, our home is well looked after and a place we take great pride in keeping clean and tidy! We're outgoing and friendly but equally happy to let someone just get on with things without a conversation if preffered!

Smoking is more than fine in the garden! Kichen/bathroom accessible whenever. We have a front room that we'd like to keep private, but more than happy to put a TV in the bedroom if needed!

There is under bed storage, the small table can be replaced for small chest of drawers if preferred. I'm happy to wash the bedding weekly!

The only thing we ask if for someone who will be respectful of our home, tidy and hygienic.

Available Monday- Friday - all bills included.
