I am looking to rent out my spare single room in my house. You will share my whole house with me and there is a large kitchen, large living room and bathroom. I also have a small garden.
The house is in a great location for getting into London and is in a popular area of South Croydon near all the restaurants and a few bars.
I have two small dogs so you have to be ok with dogs!
I work in London in the week but like to go out for drinks or food on the weekend. Looking for someone who is chilled out in the week but fun!
I will live in the property too.
Would consider someone to stay Monday to Friday and rent would be £400pm.
