Double room, great location near S. Croydon BR.

The room

Here we have a (soon to be) furnished double room to let in a nice spacious top floor flat, and I am looking for a new flatmate.

My name is Mark, I own a local brewery and bar, and I am back to living on my own in a flat that is a little to big for that!

The flat is situated in South Croydon, a very short walk to South Croydon train station, from which there are regular trains direct to Victoria & London Bridge (Takes about 15-20 minutes on fast trains). The flat is in a quiet location, and is fully double glazed. One aspect overlooks the central communal garden, and the other aspect (including the room I am renting) overlooks a church. The room is currently used for 'storage', so the photos attached of when I last rented it out. Once I have cleared it out I will be putting in a new double bed. There is a built in wardrobe in the room, and I can be flexible on other furniture you would want in the room (I have bookcases, sets of drawers etc which can be put in there if needed)

Locally, it is within walking distance of many pubs/bars/restaurants, and if you walk a little further (10 mins) into Croydon town centre, there are many more shops, bars, restaurants & clubs.

The rent includes all bills, council tax, internet (BT Infinity), tv licence, and of course some craft beer that I occasionally bring home from work too.

I like to go out and be sociable but everyone needs their quiet evenings in now and again (Or to do the fun stuff like catch up on washing!). It is important for me to find a flatmate that I would get along with, and would be happy to be sociable now and again, whether that be sharing a cooked meal, playing a board game over a glass of wine, watching sport... Whatever really!
