Why East Croydon?

Because it's an area of growth in London with a new Westfields being built currently. There are direct trains to a number of central London stations that take from 16-30 mins to arrive there. Live close enough to London to enjoy the lifestyle whilst affording a descent home to come back to relax in.

A little about me

I'm fairly new to London and am looking to rent a whole 2 bed property with another young professional like myself (9-5ers and no couples please) who would like a home that is relaxed, friendly and tidy.

What I'm looking for in a flat mate

I'm looking for someone who is a friendly person who will enjoy sharing with one other and would like to live in close proximity to east croydon station with a total budget of up to £800 each (for bills and rent).

If we become friends and do things together like baking, films, pubbing then that would be a bonus. At the moment I'm looking for someone who is easy going, friendly and tidy so that we can have a nice relaxed vibe in the flat.

Type of accommodation

The type of accommodation would depend on you. I would like a big room having been stuck in a single for six months. If you also would like this a two double would be sought.

Will I have a sofa to sit on and a bed to rest my weary head?

Furniture not a problem. I have furniture that can be brought with me for communal spaces and bedrooms but if you have your own furniture or the place is furnished I can leave that in storage.
