It has its own front door and direct access to the 100foot tended garden, which although is communal is rarely used by the neighbours as they do not have direct access.

There is a large dining room which opens onto the kitchen which can comfortably seat 6, but I've had dinner parties of 12!

The flat has a parking space on the drive, very quiet and friendly neighbours, and is just 3min walk from South Croydon station (fast trains to London Bridge, London Victoria, Redhill as well as direct trains to Westfield and Milton Keynes) and 10min walk from East Croydon station (fast to Brighton and most London stations). It's 2min walk to the Tesco metro, lovely restaurant quarter and an amazing Italian deli you have to get coffee from!

Flat is available fully furnished, but if this doesn't work we can discuss part furnishing. I can even leave some of the decorative items if you like as previous tenants have asked me to do.
