I am renting a double bedroom in a house close to central Croydon, princess Rd . There is a big living room and a big kitchen available with a nice bathroom for the tenant.. Bedrooms are upstairs one of which will be yours. Kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom needs a wardrobe which l will supply. I have a cat in the house and a hamster. I am looking for somebody who is in charge of self.. Come in and have a look and meet. I don't have a TV. lf you want one you are responsible for TV duty. I am a 42 years of old male and my girlfriend lives lives with me. If you are a couple the rent is £120per week. Deposit is £500 pounds.
