Sharing house with one non-smoking female and 2 cats.

Shared bathroom and living/dining/kitchen rooms in a quirky upside down house. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and living area is upstairs. Looking for a non-smoker, preferably female, who likes cats. The bedroom is large with a king size bed, wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers and a desk/chair. I am 32, professional (working in Hampton), am fairly social so do go out a fair bit, especially during the week.

The house is a short walk (5 mins) to Wandle Park tram stop for trams to Wimbledon; 10 minute walk into Croydon town centre; 10 minute walk to West Croydon for London Overground and 10-15 minutes to East Croydon for Victoria and London Bridge.
