Large, comfortable, double room available in the centre of Croydon for professionals working Monday-Friday/Sunday-Thursday. The apartment is within the purpose-built Bridge House (sixth floor, lift included) so is very close to public transport (loads of buses nearby; trams to Wimbledon and Beckenham Junction are two minutes away; trains from East and West Croydon for Victoria and London Bridge are a 10-minute walk away; Gatwick Airport is 30 minutes door-to-door by train). There is an adjacent multi-storey carpark also, if you drive. So if you commute, like me, it's a doddle.

There are bars, restaurants, retail and leisure experiences aplenty in the vicinity (including two cinemas) if you fancy some local downtime.

I am a youth worker so I travel extensively and my hours are long and varied. I love what I do but always appreciate the peace this apartment offers at the end of the day (and given its location it is surprisingly quiet during the week)..

The apartment has all the usual mod cons and the building is perfectly secure having a key fob entry system. So, if you are looking for accommodation that is comfortable and accessible so you can recharge during the week, with a housemate you will rarely see, give this a whirl.
