Walking distance to both East and West Croydon within 10 minutes (5 for West) Comes fully furnished with slightly more furniture than in the photos, for example in your room there is also a free standing wardrobe in the alcove that's by the side of the door.

There is an onsite (free) gym, a roof terrace garden, a 24 hour concierge, underfloor heating, triple glazed windows, a balcony looking onto the square and it is very energy efficient (so cheap bills).

The flat is available from now on and you would be living with Alex, a Teacher. He's often away over weekends so you would frequently have the place to yourself.

As I'm a teacher, I am on holiday so viewings at any time.

There is a balcony if you are a smoker but no smoking in the flat.
Bills are NOT included and will add up to (at a guess) 120 including on council tax. That is an estimate, not a set figure.
